Do's: How to Be a Great Community Member
Be Respectful and Kind
- Treat all members with respect, regardless of skill level, background, or experience
- Use inclusive language and be welcoming to newcomers
- Offer constructive feedback and encouragement
- Celebrate others' achievements and progress
Share Accurate Information
- Provide accurate information about courts, facilities, and events
- Share honest and helpful reviews based on your actual experiences
- Correct misinformation when you encounter it (politely)
- Cite sources when sharing technical information or advice
Be Helpful and Supportive
- Answer questions from beginners and less experienced players
- Share tips, techniques, and resources that have helped you
- Help organize and promote community events
- Mentor newcomers and help them feel welcome
Practice Good Sportsmanship
- Win and lose gracefully
- Follow the rules of padel and fair play
- Respect court etiquette and time limits
- Be punctual for matches and events
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with partners and opponents

Harassment and Discrimination
- No harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
- No discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or ability
- No hate speech, slurs, or offensive language
- No personal attacks or threats
Spam and Misleading Content
- No spam, repetitive posts, or unsolicited advertising
- No false or misleading information about courts, events, or services
- No fake reviews or manipulated ratings
- No unauthorized commercial promotions
Inappropriate Content
- No explicit, violent, or offensive content
- No illegal activities or content that promotes illegal activities
- No sharing of private information without consent
- No content that violates intellectual property rights
Account Misuse
- No creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- No impersonating other users, organizations, or public figures
- No sharing or selling account access
- No automated systems or bots without permission
Enforcement and Reporting
Reporting Violations
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
You can report violations by:

Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning
- Content Removal: Inappropriate content will be removed
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations may result in temporary account suspension
- Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination
We reserve the right to take immediate action, including permanent bans, for severe violations such as harassment, threats, or illegal activities.
Content Moderation
Our moderation team reviews reported content and may proactively moderate content to ensure compliance with these guidelines. We use a combination of automated systems and human moderators to maintain a safe and welcoming community.
