ESV Konstanz Abteilung Tennis/Padel is the padel arm of the Eisenbahner Sportverein Konstanz, a long-established club whose tennis grounds sit at Kindlebildstraße 79 beside Reichenau station on Lake Constance. The department became the first club in the Konstanz area to build its own padel court, opening a regulation outdoor lane on 4 May 2025 next to the existing tennis courts. The court measures 20 by 10 metres with glass and mesh walls to international dimensions, plus spectator seating and outdoor social space that reviewers highlight as unusually polished for a volunteer-run Verein. A second padel court is planned with construction targeted for spring 2026. One outdoor padel court is in play today, built to full size with glass walls, spectator stand and seating areas around the lane. Google hours run Monday–Saturday 08:00–22:00 and Sunday 09:00–22:00. Outdoor play is weather-dependent; there is no indoor padel on site yet, though court number two is on the drawing board.
