Top indoor padel courts. Also two singles courts. The changing rooms are (still) being renovated, which is a shame, but it will be better! Booking through Playtomic worked perfectly – we'll definitely go there again!
Great spots! Showers and changing rooms not yet available (or only temporary).
Our first visit to Ball Bude was unfortunately anything but ideal. Since it was our first time playing padel, we were a bit overwhelmed by the process and ended up leaving. That's why I want to emphasize how Michi from Ball Bude handled our feedback afterward. He contacted me personally, took the time for a really nice phone call, and went out of his way to make up for our bad first experience. We received a full refund and even a small voucher so we could give Ball Bude a second chance. That's exactly how you want feedback to be handled! Mistakes happen – what matters to me is how they're dealt with afterward, and that was truly excellent here. 👏 Now we've finally booked a new court for next week and are incredibly excited for our first real padel match! 🎾🔥 Of course, I'll post an update afterward. 😊
Great facility. The showers are a bit shabby, but at least they're there. The pitches are always clean and in good condition.
