Green Sire Golf SLU ran the golf course, restaurant, and padel courts until it filed a cessation notice and closed the complex from 1 July 2025. In October 2025 the town hall received Cabanillas Casa de Campo Golf as the new operator aiming to reopen golf and hospitality; padel forms part of the same campus historically, so availability may lag golf reopening.
