Sobre el club
Club de pádel Hotel Santiago is the padel facility at the four-star Hotel Santiago in Lugo, in the Bela Vista urbanisation on the Santiago road. Unusually for a hotel annex, it runs three indoor courts with a genuine competition setup — the central show court has a fixed 450-seat grandstand that can expand to 1,200 for major events, glass walls, artificial turf, and day-light effect floodlighting. The club organises tournaments including the Open de Pádel San Froilán and offers initiation and advanced coaching as padel grows in the region. Guests and local players share access to the hotel's gym, spa, heated pool, restaurant, and meeting rooms. Tournament schedules and activities are posted at clubpadelhotelsantiago.com. Recent visitor feedback is mixed on day-to-day upkeep, but the infrastructure itself is among the most capable in inland Galicia for hosting spectator events.
Instalaciones
Three covered indoor padel courts with artificial turf. The central court features glass walls, day-light style lighting, and permanent seating for 450 spectators with capacity for 1,200 when temporary stands are added. Court one is a standard covered court with turf and lighting. Court two adds a 30-seat grandstand plus glass walls and lighting. The club runs an active tournament calendar and coaching programme. As part of Hotel Santiago, players can use the on-site gym, spa, climatised pool, restaurant, and hotel services. Contact the hotel on 982 01 01 01 for court bookings and lesson enquiries.
Membresía y reservas
Court hire, coaching, and tournament entry are arranged through the hotel rather than a standalone membership app. The club offers group and individual lessons for beginners and improvers. The Open de Pádel San Froilán is the headline annual event — registration details appear on the dedicated club website and through the Open Tenis Lugo network. Hotel guests may access padel alongside other leisure facilities as part of their stay. For casual court rental rates and lesson pricing, contact reception or email hotelsantiago@hotelsantiago-sl.es.

Bueno saber
Located at Urbanización Bela Vista, Ctra. Santiago s/n, 27004 Lugo. The padel club operates within a full-service hotel, which suits visiting teams, corporate groups, and tournament travellers who want accommodation on site. Bring your own equipment if possible — at least one recent review noted limited racket and ball availability on arrival. The central court's seating capacity makes this a reference venue for regional padel events in Galicia.
