Sobre el club

Paddle Club La Via (Pádel La Vía) sits on Avenida Al-Andalus in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the sherry town at the mouth of the Guadalquivir. The club rebranded in 2015 when David and Sergio took over the old Sanlúcar Padel Club, and it has stayed the default padel option locally ever since. Players get a mix of indoor walled courts with unusually good headroom—important when you actually want to lob—and a newer outdoor glass court for sunny afternoons. Terraces and a bar face the courts, so watching a match with a drink is part of the routine. Sunday play is available, which matters in a town where outdoor options shut early.

Instalaciones

Four covered padel courts with roughly nine metres of clearance, welded mesh walls, and a mix of blue and green surfaces. One outdoor panoramic glass court in good condition. Bar with terrace, small shop, gym, and an osteopathy room on site according to club history posts. Changing rooms and showers work but feel tight when four groups rotate at once. Parking nearby on Al-Andalus. Facebook page laviapadelsanlucar for updates.

Membresía y reservas

Pay-and-play court hire and padel school sessions; call +34 646 60 06 44 to book. Hours run 09:00–14:00 and 16:00–midnight every day including Sunday. Prices are generally considered fair for Sanlúcar, though some long-term players note occasional court cleanliness issues—worth checking soles before a fast match. Veterans leagues and summer age-category events are advertised on the club blog.

Pádel la vía is the best club in Sanlúcar. It has 4 covered courts and a perfect height for padel. 1 of them is made of glass and is in perfect new condition. It has a bar for your maintenance and dehydration drinks and terraces to watch all the matches. The restrooms are clean but only for 3 people. In the shower, however, it is uncomfortable for 4 people. Personally, I give it an 8 out of 10, but of course, this is based on my knowledge and as a customer.

Excellent indoor courts for playing padel. It's inexpensive and there's a bar for drinks after your game.

Ernesto's padel classes leave much to be desired. He's disrespectful to children, uses negative reinforcement, doesn't adapt training to their learning needs, punishes those who struggle to learn, and those who struggle to pay attention are considered lazy, etc. This is his foolproof method, which he doesn't intend to change.

Every time I play padel, I come here. The prices, although I remember they've gone up a bit, are very good, and the staff are friendly. The only downside is that the courts are really dirty, so much so that it can be dangerous to play because they're quite slippery.

Great club, spacious with a good atmosphere. There are four indoor courts, one outdoor glass court, and a bar. They're also open on Sundays. I recommend it.
