Valdilecha’s sports complex combines several public facilities around Camino del Rejal and Calle del Agua. Bookable outdoor courts include pádel, frontenis and a multi-sport pitch, plus football and other court sports available through the municipal reservation system. The estate also has the Polideportivo Municipal, a municipal swimming pool open in summer amid pine surroundings, wooden outdoor classrooms used for camps and healthy leisure activities, and a municipal gym with a strength and personal-training room. Court access is automated: after booking, players unlock the main gate and the reserved court with a free missed call from the mobile number registered on their account, and lighting can be switched on for evening sessions when booked. The town has also hosted women’s and open pádel tournaments at the Polideportivo during local events such as Semana de la Mujer.

Membresía y reservas

Court hire is open to residents through the free ReservaDeportes online system at reservadeportes.com/AytoValdilecha.html, also linked from the municipal website as “Reserva de zonas deportivas”. Users create an account, verify their email, then book pádel and other municipal pitches up to seven days ahead and pay by card or prepaid voucher balance. Pádel hire is listed at €4 per session in the council’s reservation guide (lighting is available as a paid option on lit courts). Cancellations need at least 24 hours’ notice for a refund as municipal voucher credit. Organised pádel classes have also been offered through the seasonal sports programme, with adult groups typically on Mondays and Wednesdays (about €30/month for one hour a week or €50 for two) and children’s groups by age band (around €22/month for one hour or €40 for two). Enrolment for courses is done at the Polideportivo Municipal; contact polideportivo@valdilecha.es for current groups and availability.

The municipal booking PDF lists a single pádel court among hireable pitches (alongside frontenis, football and multi-sport), which matches Google reviews that refer to one well-kept court. Access is fully digital after payment: confirmation email and in-app details include the phone number used for gate and light control, with about ten minutes of courtesy lighting after a session. The court was repaired after flood damage in 2019–2020 and reopened for hire. Town bulletins describe a longer-term project to build two covered pádel courts at the football-ground sports complex; the mayor’s 2026 local magazine notes that construction of the pádel courts has been restarted, so covered capacity may increase once those works finish. Until then, treat the bookable outdoor court as the main public pádel offer.
