Sobre el club
Pista Padel belongs to Palai de Gèu, the municipal sports complex run with the Ajuntament de Vielha e Mijaran in the Val d'Aran. The outdoor padel court sits next to the main building and is listed among the venue's other sports installations alongside a boulder climbing room. Palai de Gèu itself is a multi-sport hub: an indoor swimming pool with six lanes (four usually marked for swimming), a 1,456 m² ice rink for recreational skating, a 350 m² fitness gym with cardio and strength equipment, and auxiliary rooms used for tatami, aerobics, spinning and related activities. The complex also hosts local organisations such as the Club Esquí Val d'Aran offices, the Conselh Esportiu, the hunting and fishing society, a public library, and Aranese outposts of Catalunya Ràdio and TV3, plus Cegva for ice sports. Contact is via info@palaidegeu.com; course and booking queries are also directed to palaidegeu@vielha-mijaran.org.
Instalaciones
Besides the uncovered padel court beside the building, Palai de Gèu offers an indoor pool, ice rink, gym, climbing boulder room and multi-use activity halls. The pool is set up for lane swimming with six lanes in total. The ice rink covers 1,456 m² and is used for public skating and ice-sport club activity. The fitness room is about 350 m² and includes espalderas, a cardio zone with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, steppers and rowers, isotonic machines for legs and abs, free weights, benches and supports; Powergym nutrition products linked to the CAR Sant Cugat high-performance centre are sold on site. A 70 m² climbing room with a boulder wall supports training. Auxiliary spaces cover tatami, aerobics, spinning and similar group work, and site notices also reference sauna access with the pool and gym. An outdoor municipal pool operates in summer months. On-site offices include ski club, sports council, hunting and fishing association, library and regional media desks.
Membresía y reservas
The padel court is hired by the hour, booked on the hour. On weekdays between 13:00 and 15:00 the two-hour midday slot can be taken as a single rental. Court hours follow the same schedule as the swimming pool. Palai de Gèu sells wider facility passes rather than a padel-only membership: annual adult general, reduced-hours annual, pool-only annual, plus semester, trimester and monthly adult options; youth and junior annual and semester rates; and an over-65 annual pass. Family packs are advertised. Day access and multi-entry packs cover pool and gym, with optional add-ons for directed fitness classes; ice-rink day tickets and skate hire are sold separately. Seasonal offers include a summer bi-monthly pass covering fitness, directed activities, indoor and outdoor pools, climbing wall and ice rink. Swimming and skating courses publish separate abonado and non-abonado prices, with enrolments taken in person or via palaidegeu@vielha-mijaran.org.
Servicios
Bueno saber
Website content for the padel installation is brief but clear: it is an uncovered outdoor court in the immediate surroundings of Palai de Gèu, not an indoor or covered padel hall. A Google review for this listing also notes the court is uncovered and exposed to weather. Detailed price tables on the news pages focus on pool, gym, ice rink and course fees; no separate published padel hourly rate was found on the public pages reviewed. A Spanish user guide PDF is linked from the site footer (guia_usuario_es.pdf) for house rules. The venue site is bilingual in practice across Occitan Aranese, Catalan and Spanish notices. Main web contact remains info@palaidegeu.com.

It is usually bad weather for the track to be uncovered.
