Moved to Harborough about 4 years ago and have been playing cricket here for 3. Started at the club to make friends as I was new to the area and couldn't of picked a better place to do just that. The grounds are beautiful and it is by far one of the best places to play cricket if you enjoy a picturesque ground and a premier league wicket to play on every Saturday. Decent net facilities catering to all bowlers including a spinners net which turns more than the others (its fun batting in that one). Great place to hone your skills, meet new people and enjoy a drink. Very family orientated club aswell. Would definitely recommend playing cricket here.
Currently the only padel tennis courts in Leicestershire, staff and everyone involved with the club is friendly, understanding and accommodating. Great place, highly recommended!
One of my favourite grounds in Leicestershire, perfect for a picnic whilst watching the cricket on a Saturday in Summer. Facilities are good and the card machine behind the bar is a nice touch considering how cheap the drinks are. The first team play in the top league in Leicestershire & Rutland which makes for a good level of cricket to watch. Definitely worth a visit if you live locally or are in the area.
