The facility features comprehensive services including equipment hire for those who don't own their own rackets, and ball purchase for players who need supplies. The venue runs regular social mix-ins to help players connect and improve their skills, along with community and schools outreach programmes to introduce the sport to new audiences. The venue hosts box leagues and tournaments for competitive players, as well as structured adult and junior courses for skill development. The facility operates with extended opening hours from 7:30am to 10:00pm daily, making it accessible for players with busy schedules.
