Redland Green Club is excellent. My kids have tennis and squash lessons & the coaching is fantastic. The outdoor padel courts are a great addition to the club. It's a really family-friendly club with a great buzz, very well maintained (the flowers & plants are such a nice touch) and there is always someone around to help. A great bar for after match drinks with outdoor seating is a real highlight. I always enjoy my time at the club and thanks to the whole team for making it such a welcoming place.
I absolutely love Redland Green Club! The facilities are fantastic, with well-maintained floodlit courts that make playing all year round a breeze. The coaching team is brilliant—really knowledgeable and encouraging, whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve. What really makes the club special, though, is the friendly atmosphere. Everyone is so welcoming, and there’s a real community feel, whether you’re playing socially or getting competitive in a league match. The bar is a great spot to relax after a game, and there are always events happening to bring people together. Definitely one of the best clubs around!
This is a great club with really good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff make you feel welcome and are always happy to help. Reasonable prices and availability along with a friendly and social bar at the end if you fancy it!
Pretty atrocious light situation on the court at the bottom. Only half the court lit up, and was unplayable because of the darkness. The club refused to light up adjacent courts unless there's a booking and staff seem unable to help due to higher up decisions. My first time at the club has left me disappointed, which is a shame considering the bar area and the other courts are lovely.
This club is elitist and rude, anyone would be best placed taking their money elsewhere. Unless you are a long term existing member (or a coach), your custom is evidently not welcome and is in fact actively discouraged. On top of the continually rising expense of booking a tennis slot in the first place, these slots are becoming increasingly unavailable as players are limited to only one hour sessions at peak time, which is impossible to find as the coaches and classes do not have this limitation (and so are booked in for hours on end every day). Notably, costs to book a court as a guest alongside my partner, who is a member, have more than doubled in the past year. The front desk staff are also unfriendly, as pointed out in other reviews. Some customer experience training wouldn't go amiss. As a petty and unrelated side note: the tennis centre are the most selfish neighbours I have ever lived near. They throw loud parties and events that take place until the early hours on the weekend, and every Sunday morning hosts a children classes from 8-9am. They consistently hire construction work to take place early morning (leaf blowers, lawnmowers), and generally have no regard for keeping the noise levels maintained for the appropriate time of day. TDLR: Try Canford Park instead :)
