About

Founded by Javier Fernandez Aguirre, with the support of family and friends, Stratford Padel Club opened its doors in Dec 2018 with 3 courts and only 30 players. During lockdown, we took the risk and added two more courts, and in Feb 2024 we have added another four, with 9 in total catering to the extraordinary demand from the over 24000 players and constantly growing, that play at our club. From day one, we saw each player coming through our doors as a member of our family and treated them as such. This spirit created an extraordinary community, with SPC becoming a second home for so many. Whether you're a beginner or a professional player, or you come with family and friends or work colleagues, we'll end up sharing a court with you, a drink, a few tapas and build lasting connections. Come for the game, stay for the people!

I joined Stratford Padel Club in August last year, so it's now been almost a year—and what a great year it's been! From the very start, the club has offered an amazing learning environment. I was lucky enough to take part in the Orange Academy, which was incredibly helpful for understanding positioning and strategy on court. I've also done several Train & Play sessions with a range of different coaches—each one bringing their own perspective and insights, all of which have really helped me grow as a player. On top of that, I’ve had private lessons with the club’s owner, Javi, whose coaching has been invaluable. Every single staff member I've met has treated me with respect and kindness, and has always encouraged me—regardless of my level of play. That welcoming attitude makes such a difference. What I love most, though, is the social side of the club. There's a real sense of community here. Whether you're joining a mix-in, training, or just coming for a casual hit, there’s always a friendly face and a great vibe. It’s a fantastic way to improve your padel, stay active, and connect with people. And with opportunities to play seven days a week, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to get seriously hooked! Highly recommend Stratford Padel Club to players of all levels.

Stratford Padel Club strikes the perfect balance: high-quality coaching, excellent courts, a welcoming vibe and a special focus on junior development. It’s a place where kids can grow in their game, gain confidence, and make friends. The staff is friendly, patient, and passionate and kids love coming to their sessions, not just for the sport but also for the full of encouragement. The couching team is incredibile and I know my kids are in an expert hands. Thanks to Javier, Dilan, Pao, Ella, David and Denise you are doing an amazing job.

The Stratford Padel Club is an absolute gem for padel enthusiasts! With nine impeccably maintained courts, you’ll always find a great spot to play, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The club’s facilities are top-notch, with both indoor social areas and a lovely outside beer garden and kitchen where you can relax after a game. The parking and bike storage are convenient additions that make getting there hassle-free. Special shoutout to the coaches who are not only skilled but also passionate about helping players improve their game. Whether you're there for a casual match or serious training, Stratford Padel Club delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!

I have really enjoyed joining the community at Stratford Padel Club. It stands out to me for how welcoming it is, reasonably priced and has great train & play sessions. If you’re nearby it’s truly awesome. If not, it’s a short walk/cycle from Stratford station. You can also be quite organised by booking ahead here and because the community is huge, it’s quite easy to find replacements should you need to. The prices are very reasonable and every court is covered, with most also having free filming available.

Love learning and playing Padel at this club. The facilities are great and the staff and coaches super friendly and helpful. A fun atmosphere and lots of social activities happening all the time. My four year old does the kids classes and she loves it too. I only wish they had more courts so I could play more Padel! 🎾🎾🎾
