Would it have been too expensive to install a net at the top as well?
Unfortunately things didn’t work out as planned. We received an email for the paddles, where one could click on the link for the code. Although being correctly logged into my account, we were getting a technical error and were not able to access the paddles. We lost approx 10 mins of our game. The nets are not sufficiently high enough and we lost a ball for good. There is also no buffer time between bookings and you feel stressed to end the playing time early because the next players are already waiting. We could not find a phone number to contact anyone.
Poor service and organization. We booked a court and rackets. When we arrived, only three rackets were available. There was no way to contact anyone at short notice to get another racket. However, there were plenty of spare rackets in the locked room…
The court itself is great for playing, however, there are too few or too low safety nets, which means the ball regularly ends up on the street or in the quarry lake area (where you can't get to it at all). Furthermore, unfortunately, you can't shower before 6:00 PM (the quarry lake's opening time), and the toilets aren't available until 10:30 AM.
