Royal Charles-Quint Tennis and Padel Club sits west of Brussels in Ganshoren, marketing itself as the biggest of the small clubs — seven outdoor clay tennis courts, three indoor carpet tennis lanes, three outdoor padel courts, pétanque and a terrace restaurant in leafy surroundings. Padel joined the offering as an accessible, social four-player sport where beginners progress quickly without heavy technique. The club affiliates to Tennis Padel Pickleball Wallonie-Bruxelles and balances family atmosphere with interclub tennis and padel competition. Sunny terrace dining overlooks the courts, with weekly lunch menus and club animations from apéro tennis evenings to pétanque opens through the season.
Facilities
Padel bookings and pay-and-play sessions run exclusively through the Playtomic app or website. Annual padel subscriptions from 1 January to 31 December allow unlimited court reservations without extra court fees; alternatively book heures volantes as a non-member. Ganshoren residents receive twenty percent off padel subscriptions and hourly rates — contact the club to arrange the discount. Register via charlesv@skynet.be or the online bulletin.
