Membership & Pricing
Tennis Club Amiens Metropole is Amiens historic multi-racket club, founded in 1944 and now home to more than 550 members aged 4 to 99. Padel joined the offer in 2017 and the club was among the first 325 French clubs with padel courts by 2019, including three covered pistes that made it the first municipal club in France to install indoor padel. TCAM presents itself as a reference club nationally, with competition and leisure sections, schools for tennis, padel and badminton, and a dense calendar of P25 to P1000 tournaments. The padel programme stresses fun, mixed levels and family play rather than elite-only access.
Facilities
Padel annual memberships run September to August without FFT licence: youth 210 euros, student or retired 246 euros, adult 312 euros, couple 552 euros. Court hire is 7.50 euros per person for 90 minutes for TCAM members or 12 euros per person for visitors. Reservations are made on Ten'Up. Great piece to play! Good outside and indoor courts, and very kind staff :)
Nice Tennis place
I booked a tennis court available at 2 PM on the Ten'up app, paid €12, arrived to find everything closed, and the security guard told me everything was closed. So I left, having paid €12, and no one answers the phone. Very disappointed. I would like a refund.
The welcome was very friendly, but the room was freezing. It was 9 degrees outside and even colder inside; I was shivering too much to play.
There's always a heavy layer of dust on the badminton courts, which can lead to slips and falls. I've reported this to the club several times, but nothing has changed. After six months of playing, they preferred to push me and my teammates out the door rather than find a lasting solution.
