A pleasant venue, but a disappointing birthday party We organized our daughter's birthday party at Camargue Anim in Arles on July 5, 2025. The venue is lovely, and the children had a great time despite everything. The cake, by the way, was excellent; it was one of the few truly positive points. However, we were very disappointed with the organization. It was 36°C (97°F) that day, and no cold water was provided for the children. Just one pitcher of tap water for 10 children, and only two small bottles of Oasis water were served when the cake was cut. We had to buy extra water ourselves. The promised sweets were never brought, despite two reminders. As for the person there, she seemed more annoyed by our presence than concerned about the party going smoothly. No support, no warmth: we felt rather abandoned. Frankly, I would have preferred to pay a little more for proper service. Therefore, I don't recommend this place for celebrating a birthday, unless you're prepared to manage everything yourself (water, tablecloth, drinks, etc.). Or, failing that, make sure this is clearly stated from the outset.

The place is great for kids and adults alike! You have to book a court. This club also hosts private and professional events. However, the two stars are for the badminton courts! The courts are awful! I'm sorry, but I have no other word for it! They're barely playable! They're incredibly slippery, making it really difficult to play badminton, and as a result, you don't enjoy it at all! It's a real shame because the club itself is nice, but the courts are just unacceptable! Sure, there probably aren't many people who play badminton there, but with courts like these, there are likely to be even fewer! It certainly doesn't make you want to come back... thanks anyway for the warm welcome and the smiles.

We were there for my son's 4th birthday. The bouncy castles are great. It's well shaded and the cake was delicious. I really recommend all the parents I meet to organize their birthdays there. Everything is included and it's zero hassle.

Present at the Sowell hotel complex, providing entertainment from morning till night (dance, bingo, shows, etc.) and organizing the kids' club, this team is fantastic with both children and adults! Thank you for the great atmosphere! Unfortunately, I didn't have time to visit their clubhouse or take advantage of the activities they offer outside the hotel.

Perfect for celebrating birthdays. A wonderful afternoon. The children were delighted. They were delighted by the bouncy castle, games, and entertainment. The cake was also a huge success. Thank you to the entire team.
