The Tennis Club Padel Benfeld has been on Rue d'Ettenheim since 1971 and rebranded around its 2025 padel launch to reflect the sport's growing share of club life. Two illuminated outdoor padel courts opened in May 2025 — the only outdoor padel between Sélestat and Geispolsheim in the Erstein canton — and quickly filled the calendar with stages and summer tournaments. Behind that sits a traditional Alsace tennis club with 200-plus members, state-qualified coaches, regional fanion teams and a clubhouse where the Louis brothers' bar turns out croque-monsieurs and pizzas that regulars actually talk about. Padel coaching runs alongside tennis through monitors such as Julien Kornmann, and the whole site feels like a local association hub rather than a commercial hall.
Facilities
Season memberships for tennis and padel are sold for 2025/2026 — contact secretariat.tcbenfeld@gmail.com for cotisation rates and licence options. Padel stages and group lessons are run by the club coaching team; the tennis school uses edt.tcbenfeld@gmail.com for youth enquiries. Court booking and competition entry are managed through the club website and committee. Non-members can typically access padel through stages, tournaments and guest arrangements — confirm availability with the secretariat.

A very nice place and great cooks, the Louis brothers, make the best croque monsieurs and pizzas in Benfeld.
Friendly welcome. Courts in decent condition. Since last year the club has magnificent outdoor padel courts.
Tennis lessons, very pleasant, very clean appearance, I train almost every day, and I usually play on Sundays with a member of the club.
