Membership & Pricing
Denain Tennis Padel la Porte du Hainaut runs the Centre Tennistique Yannick Noah inside Parc Lebret, a green pocket in Denain in the Nord department of Hauts-de-France. The municipal tennis club grew substantially in 2018 when a 2,700 m² hall opened at a cost of about €3.5 million. That extension brought covered clay tennis and, more importantly for racket players looking for padel in Denain, indoor heated padel courts under the same roof. The hall carries Yannick Noah’s name after an inauguration on 13 October 2018 with the 1983 Roland-Garros champion present. The site also holds the FFT “club Roland-Garros” label for its traditional clay tennis offer. After the death of long-time president Louis Miroux, the association Denain Tennis Padel la Porte du Hainaut took over in May 2024. Volunteers now welcome members and visitors for leisure tennis and padel, with a tennis and padel school planned for the sporting year restart and FFT competitions and tournaments back on the calendar.
Facilities
Court hire is the main way in for casual players. Reserve padel or tennis online via Ten’Up or Anybuddy. The club also sells 1h30 session booklets, with a better rate for licensed members of Denain Tennis Padel la Porte du Hainaut. Licensed play sits under the FFT umbrella, with individual and team competitions plus tournaments scheduled for the sporting year. Coaching covers tennis and padel for juniors and adults once the school programme is running; open days let newcomers try both sports before joining. Residents can stack municipal and national sports vouchers: Chèque Sport-Culture for Denain children aged 4 to 11, Passéniors for residents over 65, ANCV sports coupons and holiday cheques, and Pass’Sport. Contact the association for licence pricing and current booklet deals.
