Membership & Pricing

ASCH Tennis & Padel is a long-established racket club north of Montpellier, tucked into the pine-shaded Domaine Dammartin at La Valsière in Grabels. Born as the sports section for hospital staff — the name still echoes that heritage — it has grown into one of the Hérault's busiest community clubs with nearly 500 licenciés. Eight floodlit padel courts sit alongside seven clay tennis tracks, two of them covered, giving members and visitors a full evening programme without leaving the hillside site. Reviews consistently praise the family atmosphere, dedicated coaching team, and well-kept surfaces; padel slots disappear fast at peak times, which tells you how central the sport has become here.

Facilities

Annual membership runs roughly €295 for hospital staff and under-25 students, €355 for other adults; packages with group lessons sit around €500–600 depending on profile. Padel court hire for members is about €8 per hour with lighting included until 18:00. Reservations open three days ahead; peak slots (18:00–21:00) are capped at two per week per member. Non-members and visitors should call 04 67 54 45 24 or use Ten'Up to check guest access — hospital-staff discounts mentioned in older reviews may no longer apply.

And my 100th review! I've been playing at this club for two years. A friendly, family atmosphere, far removed from the "business is business" mentality... The staff is fantastic, the coaches are amazing! The pitches are well-maintained, and they add new facilities every year. Top-notch! Nothing but good things to say! 👍🏻

The setting is beautiful and the padel courts are in good condition. However, the price is a bit high, and it's a shame they no longer offer the discount for hospital staff (as it was originally a section of the hospital staff sports association). You have to be quick to get a court because they get booked very fast.
