Tennis Padel Club Herbitzheim (TPCH) on Rue de Keskastel in northern Alsace inaugurated the region's first semi-covered padel courts in September 2024 after a municipal partnership backed by the Region, State and Collectivité européenne d'Alsace. Two padel lanes under a timber-and-fabric canopy sit beside two outdoor and two indoor tennis courts in a leafy setting. The club marked its 40th anniversary in 2021 by adding padel; membership reached 256 in 2024/25 including 81 padel-only players. President Olivier Mathia leads a dynamic association known for its Open tournament, volunteer spirit and clubhouse refreshments.
Facilities
Padel runs on annual membership only (2025/26 season): adult with FFT licence €130, junior €80, couple €200, family bundles up to €300. Combined padel and tennis from €180 adult. Tennis-only from €90. Training groups €80 per 90-minute block September–June. Reserve courts on Ten'Up; three guest invitations included per membership. Club phone +33 3 88 00 51 67.

Excellent tournament! Top-notch atmosphere and welcome! Rare: around ten young volunteers! And...the wild boar dinner was exceptional.
A green space lost in the depths of the Moselle (oops, Alsace), idyllic tennis courts, and a superb refreshment stand where even the least sporty can find their happiness.
