Membership & Pricing

Area Padel Club opened in Narbonne in 2020 and has grown into the main padel destination in the Aude. The Route de Perpignan site is fully indoor — five covered courts where rain and summer heat never cut a session short. More than 2,500 regular players use the club, from first-timers picking up a racket to competitors chasing official ranking points. You can take out a French padel licence through the club and enter recognised tournaments, including the club's own "Les Jonquilles" event. The atmosphere is social rather than stiff: people come for a game, stay for a drink, and often find their next partner through the club's WhatsApp groups.

Facilities

Court hire is pay-as-you-play via the Area Padel mobile app — no forced annual membership for casual visitors. Peak slots (Mon–Fri 12:00–23:00, plus all day on weekends and public holidays) cost €10 per person for 90 minutes. Off-peak weekday mornings (09:00–12:00) drop to €8 per person. Multi-session passes save money: ten peak sessions for €90, ten off-peak for €72, or thirty peak sessions for €210. The padel school requires an official licence at €26 per year. Coaching and tournament entry are booked separately.

Beautiful complex, friendly and professional welcome. Great atmosphere, lots of activities (tournaments, lessons, uphill and downhill, etc.) The facility offers four indoor courts, one outdoor court, showers, a small shop, and a restaurant.

It's a great place and I really enjoyed playing because I've never played padel before.
