Blue Padel & Food — listed on Google as Blue Padel System because the site shares its address with BP System, the ceiling-LED lighting brand invented here — opened in December 2023 as the first padel-and-social destination around Grand Dax. Five panoramic indoor courts sit in a 10-metre-high hall with Mondo Supercourt XN turf, full climate control and the signature BP System lighting that pro players including Léa Godallier have publicly praised for eliminating glare on lobs. Founders Christina and Aurélien blend sport with hospitality: a clubhouse bar serves tapas and snacks, and the venue doubles as an events space for up to 60 guests. The club was the first in France to launch on the Padel Mates app with ELO ranking from 1 to 7.
Facilities
Pay-as-you-play through the Blue Padel & Food app — no mandatory annual membership. Peak rates per person: €8 (60 min), €13 (90 min) or €16 (120 min). Off-peak 90 and 120-minute slots drop to €11 and €14; juniors pay €9 and students €11 for 90 minutes. Bookings open six days ahead; cancel up to 24 hours before. Payment at the club before play. Free 90-minute discovery initiation with the coach for beginners (reserve by phone or app). Trimester group courses and à-la-carte coaching booked via app or at 05 58 70 00 12. Regular FFT-sanctioned tournaments from P25 to P500 throughout the season.

Fantastic experience at this magnificent complex. It was the first time I've seen integrated ceiling lighting: it didn't interfere with play at all, and you never lost sight of the ball. Plus, the absence of poles allows players to hit the ball out of the par 3s without any obstruction. I hope to see this feature at other complexes!
The lighting system is simply perfect in the Blue Padel facility, especially when you don't have optimal vision. I no longer lose sight of the ball like I can with traditional spotlights, it's really appreciated!
