4PADEL Rouen Quais de Seine sits in Hangar 181 on the Elbeuf quayside, facing the Seine in a multi-sport warehouse between Rouen centre, Grand-Quevilly and Elbeuf. Two indoor padel courts share the riverside site with football pitches in a compact urban format distinct from the network's 11-court Petit-Quevilly flagship. Part of France's leading padel chain, the club targets straightforward pay-and-play beside the water without the scale of its suburban sister site.

It's a shame the two padel courts aren't well maintained (there's moss). There are only two courts next to several football pitches, resulting in a lot of foot traffic. Booking through Playtomic is also impossible, unlike in other European countries. There's no space on either side of the doors, and the ceiling height is too low.
Fantastic experience at 4Paddle Rouen! The service was excellent from start to finish. A huge thank you to Antoine and Habib who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and who gave me a wonderful gift. It's a pleasure to encounter such professional and friendly people. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

I am very disappointed with my experience at PADEL. I was charged €45 for a reservation I couldn't keep due to a vehicle breakdown, an unforeseen event beyond my control. I contacted the complex to explain my situation and request a goodwill gesture or a refund, but I still haven't received a satisfactory response. I find it unacceptable that they don't take into account unforeseen circumstances for their customers, especially for such a large amount. I would like the manager to contact me quickly to resolve this situation. Otherwise, I will consider this a dishonest practice on their part. I do not recommend this complex to anyone looking for even a modicum of flexibility and respect for their customers.
