Ms Padel

MS Padel is a purpose-built indoor padel complex on the edge of Vannes in Saint-Avé, Morbihan, opened in 2025 after former professional football referee Sébastien Marty turned a former car-storage plot into a 2,500 m² sports hall. Six ultra-panoramic indoor courts sit under a roughly nine-to-ten-metre ceiling—high enough for proper lobs—with Mondo synthetic turf and LED lighting. Two courts meet international standards and the set is FFT homologated, which matters for competitive players in Brittany who previously had to travel for homologated indoor play. The club brands itself around player wellbeing: modern infrastructure, a convivial clubhouse, and services that stretch from first-timer coaching to corporate team-building. A suspended terrace overlooks the courts from the first floor, where two seminar rooms and a reception space handle business events. The project filled a clear gap around the Golfe du Morbihan, where padel demand had outgrown older outdoor setups.
