Padel District opened in September 2025 in a converted 3,200 m² warehouse behind Aushopping Englos in Sequedin — billed as the largest padel-only club in Hauts-de-France with nine full-panoramic indoor courts and no tennis compromise. Nine-metre ceilings, pole-free glass, grey textured turf and strong insulation earn rave Google reviews for playing conditions; manager Maël Brochet runs a sports-bar clubhouse with a social, slightly competitive event calendar that can feel intense for absolute beginners.

Reported pricing: roughly €10–11 per player off-peak weekdays, about €15 per player for 90 minutes at peak (evenings and weekends) — typically €24–48 per court hour depending on slot. Probably the best courts in the MEL. The courts are really nice and the facilities as well. However, most of the events are more tailored to more experienced players than other clubs. As someone that has never played before could be a bit intimidating
Great pitches with a nice height! The bar and changing rooms are also very clean, we were able to chat with Maël the manager who is also very cool
Very nice complex. The staff were very attentive, which was a pleasure. We were able to play a bit longer because we were running late. Quality pitch.
A club with excellent playing conditions! Not too hot, not too cold, no echo, fully glazed courts, grey surface that makes the ball stand out... Superb!
Not easy to get to; the signage should be improved, and parking is quite limited. Otherwise, friendly welcome, good atmosphere, clean changing rooms. See you soon 😜
