UrbanPadel Rennes-Vern is the franchise's eastern Rennes site at Le Bois de Soeuvres on Route de Chantepie in Vern-sur-Seiche. Four indoor padel courts sit inside a multi-sport warehouse that also runs six indoor football pitches, five badminton courts and three squash lanes—so the padel zone is one wing of a busy racket-and-ball hub. Courts can be filmed for replay through UrbanPadel's match-review tool. Google reviewers rate ceiling height for lobs, coach Tom's group lessons, and a dynamic front-of-house team; badminton surfaces get separate criticism unrelated to padel quality.

Very nice padel club. The courts are top-notch with a good roof height for lobbing. Classes are also offered in different formats (there's something for everyone), and the instructor, Tom, is very helpful!
I would gladly recommend this complex for padel, having played a P25 tournament there some time ago. The ceiling height was sufficient, and the courts were clean and well-maintained. However, the badminton experience was far below any acceptable standard. The two courts we rented were in poor condition and frankly dangerous: the surface was uneven, there was a risk of catching your foot on the imperfections in the carpet, and on rainy days, the floors were wet and extremely slippery. As a result, one player was injured. To be clear: renting a badminton court at this complex is a very bad idea. I would not recommend it to anyone. This review is intended as constructive criticism to prevent today's incident from happening again.
Very nice complex managed by a dynamic and welcoming team. Padel courts are of very good quality and a teacher Tom who offers courses adapted to all levels and who provides targeted advice.
I've been taking lessons with Tom for a few weeks now. In a friendly atmosphere, he knows how to share his passion with patience and skill. His advice is clear, tailored to each individual, and truly effective for making progress.
I started playing padel by taking lessons with Tom, very satisfied with the general atmosphere of the club as well as the quality of the lessons both in terms of teaching and encouragement, all in a cool and friendly atmosphere.
