Membership & Pricing
The municipal padel courts of Villedieu-sur-Indre sit in the public garden on Rue Jean Jaurès, a short walk from the historic town centre in southern Indre. The commune bought and relocated two courts from the closed Les Quatre Éléments leisure complex in Châteauroux, converting former tennis space at the Jardin de la Liberté into padel — making Villedieu only the third Indre town with padel when the project completed. Courts entered service in August 2025 and were busy from day one under summer sun. Unlike the town's single tennis court (run by Tennis Club Villedieu on free Ten'Up slots), padel is a municipal facility within a broad sports portfolio spanning golf, football, gym and martial arts.
Facilities
The mairie sports page lists the courts but does not publish an online booking system for padel (tennis at the same town uses free Ten'Up via Tennis Club Villedieu). Contact the Villedieu-sur-Indre town hall through villedieu-sur-indre.fr for access rules, fees and reservation procedure. Local associations receive municipal support and infrastructure access — padel may follow similar town-managed scheduling. Expect community-level pricing aimed at residents and visitors rather than premium club tariffs.
