Balle de Match is a multi-sport leisure centre in Viviers-du-Lac, on the Route d'Aix just outside Aix-les-Bains on Lac du Bourget. The tagline is 'when sport becomes play': the site mixes indoor football on synthetic turf, bubble football, badminton, squash, pickleball and padel under one roof, with outdoor volleyball on grass and a guinguette terrace for food and drinks. Padel is offered as a doubles racket game alongside the other activities rather than as a dedicated padel club. The owners run a friendly, informal operation where you book by phone and can combine sport with a crêpe lunch or an après-match beer. Holiday multi-sport camps for children aged 8 to 12 include padel in the rotation. Good if you want padel as part of a group activity day near Aix rather than a competition-focused venue.
Facilities
There is no traditional club membership. Courts are rented by the session, with preferential weekday rates that do not apply on weekends or during school holidays. Bookings are made by telephone on 04 79 63 71 09 rather than through an app. Racket hire is optional at 2 euros. Children's birthday packages and corporate privatisation are priced on request. Holiday camps run full days (9h30–16h30) or half afternoons (13h30–16h30) with padel included in the multi-sport programme. Email enquiries go to balledematchaix@gmail.com.

€57 for an hour and a half of padel!! The most expensive in all of Aix-les-Bains. The court isn't maintained to the same standard as the other facilities. A shame for amateurs; avoid this place.
Great gym with excellent facilities and lots of sports options 🙌 Good atmosphere, the owners are super friendly (the only slight downside is their noticeable baldness... but it didn't stop me from having fun).
Very welcoming and a good choice of sports
Being a ball and shuttlecock enthusiast myself, I often take advantage of this infrastructure which offers badminton, paddle, football, and many others. All this under the watchful but very warm eye of the owners. With a beer as a reward because we are lively
Honestly, I wasn't expecting such a small thing for my son's birthday. Originally, they were supposed to play football, but they were "too big," so we paid €70 for a mini-pitch that you can play for free and outdoors anywhere.
