Tennis Padel Club Wittelsheim (TPCW) completed a six-year padel project in December 2025, renaming from TC Wittelsheim and opening a 1,000 m² hall with three covered courts beside six existing tennis lanes. President Jonathan Spleit pitched the club as a democratic alternative to private padel — unlimited tennis and padel for around €400 a year when private centres charge €50+ per 90-minute session. The volunteer-built €540,000 project drew regional and municipal funding after pandemic-era setbacks. Reviews praise the family-friendly atmosphere over pure competition focus.
Facilities
Combined tennis + padel unlimited access ~€400/year (adults), ~€200/year (under-18). Padel-only access from ~€50/year. Tennis-only ~€170/year (adults), from ~€110 (juniors). Existing tennis members add padel for ~€50 in year one. Padel school target under €300/year, priced like tennis school. 90-minute slots via Ten'Up.

Superb tennis club, with 4 outdoor synthetic clay courts and 2 indoor hard courts. A very family-friendly atmosphere, compared to other clubs that focus too much on competition...
