Serve One Padel Bergheim is an unmanned indoor padel hall at Pfarrer-Neumeir-Strasse 37 in Augsburg-Bergheim, the first Serve One location opened in December 2025. Two courts — one doubles and one singles — sit under 7.5 m ceilings with glass walls and floodlighting. Players book and pay online, enter with an emailed PIN code, and find free rackets and balls waiting at the court. A lounge, snack and drinks vending machine, changing rooms, toilets and lockers support a self-service experience with no staff on site. Further Serve One halls are planned in Langweid (from September 2026) and central Augsburg (2027).
Facilities
Two indoor courts: one double court and one single court. Amenities include free rackets and balls at each court, changing rooms, toilets, lockers, lounge seating, snack and drinks vending, and parking directly in front of the hall. No showers at the Bergheim site. Access is via entrance terminal code; the facility is video-supervised and unstaffed.
Membership & Booking
Drop-in play without membership. Doubles court EUR 38 per hour (whole court, up to 4 players); singles court EUR 24 per hour. Sessions of 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Rackets and balls included at no extra charge. Free cancellation up to 24 hours beforehand credited as wallet credit. Book online via serveonepadel.de or Playtomic; pay at booking. Training and group or corporate events available on request.

The hall was great, there were 6 of us and we had both seats.
The hall itself is great and offers good training facilities. However, I find it a shame that there are no showers, or rather, that this isn't mentioned in the registration email. Opening the door with the code is also a bit cumbersome, as you have to enter the # key twice. This information is missing from both the email and the code description, which initially leads to confusion. Furthermore, the cleanliness could be improved. There are spiders and cobwebs in several places, which somewhat detracts from the otherwise good overall impression. Overall, it's a good hall, and with a few minor improvements, the experience could be significantly enhanced.

Beautiful facility with everything you need: toilet, vending machine for drinks, free rackets and balls, seating.
Everything is very easy to use. Just enter the PIN code and get started. Rackets and balls are ready and waiting. There's also a restroom, changing rooms, a vending machine (which also stocks new balls), and a small relaxation area. Everything is in good condition. It's not super cheap, but it's incredibly hassle-free.
