Tennisclub Bürgstadt is a family-focused club in Lower Franconia, founded in 1978 on the edge of the local sports centre in Bürgstadt near Miltenberg. Padel arrived as a recent addition to six clay tennis courts, a fitness park, and floodlit hard courts. The club puts youth and community sport first, with programmes from age three through to over-sixties tennis. A holiday visitor review specifically mentions playing both tennis and padel here and finding the club genuinely hospitable. The new padel court sits on the main club grounds with parking nearby, and non-members can book online without joining the tennis membership.
Facilities
Members pay 4 euros per hour (1 euro per person) for padel, bookable from 48 hours before play. Non-members pay 24 euros off-peak (10:00-17:00) or 28 euros peak (17:00-23:00), working out to 6-7 euros per player. Optional floodlights cost 2 euros per hour. Bookings can be cancelled free up to 24 hours ahead. Rain or severe weather makes the court unplayable with credit issued on site. Full tennis membership, training groups, and team competition are available separately through the club's membership pages.

Great club 🎾 with many options for everyone from recreational players to competitive athletes. Well-maintained facilities, excellent training programs, numerous training groups, and regular tournaments held on the courts.
This is a super hospitable tennis club. We had a wonderful time playing tennis and padel here during our vacation. Reservations can be made through the website or, if someone has cash, they're welcome. Thanks!
