Great padel court and easy booking. A particular plus: our booked time slot could be changed easily and conveniently over the phone on the same day. That's really great service! The only downside is the rental rackets. Some of them are quite worn and could definitely use replacing. Overall, though, a good experience and we'd gladly come again!
Still no response. The court was unplayable due to the storm and rain. Why isn't there an automatic refund? I couldn't play. The operator isn't getting back to me either, and losing €50 for just one hour isn't great. Thanks for nothing.
Poor customer service; the court was unplayable due to severe weather. To this day, I haven't received a refund or any information on how the problem can be resolved. I've been there once or twice before, and everything was great, but it's unacceptable to pay over €50 for a court I couldn't use.
