Membership & Pricing

padel2leon is the first dedicated padel hall serving Freiburg im Breisgau, housed in the basement of the Rückgrat sports and wellness centre at Breitenfeldstraße 51 in Kenzingen, Südbaden. Three indoor courts opened in December 2024 with Mondo artificial turf—the same surface used on the World Padel Tour. The brand positions itself as a community hub between Freiburg, Offenburg and the Kaiserstuhl, with Playtomic-only booking and a trust-based gear corner. Google reviewers highlight generous ceiling height, immaculate courts and friendly operators distinct from the upstairs hotel reception.

Book only on Playtomic (app or padel2leon.de/platz-buchen). Playtomic hours Mon–Thu 07:00–00:00, Fri 06:00–00:00, Sat–Sun 07:00–00:00. Split payments handled digitally—no cash. I've played at padel2leon several times since it opened in December and I've been thrilled from the start. The hall is very clean, modern, and really inviting – ideal for hanging out after your game. A lot of things are based on trust, which isn't something you find everywhere. I personally find it very appealing. The hall is spacious, the ceilings are high enough, and the Mondo courts are top-notch – it's a real pleasure to play! You can tell that attention is paid to every detail and quality! Highly recommended. Keep up the good work!

I've been there twice now and can highly recommend it! The ceiling is quite high, so it doesn't get in the way while playing. Plus, it's one of the nicest padel halls I've ever been to.

Three courts where padel is a real joy to play. The courts are in excellent condition. Rackets and balls are available for rent right at the courts. Payment for the rackets is based on trust via PayPal. Changing rooms are located behind Court 1. Access is available via the night entrance after 9 pm. Important: Unfortunately, there are no restrooms, and please steer clear of the unfriendly and choleric reception staff at the sports hotel. I've never experienced anything like it in any other hotel. Unbelievable. Luckily, they have absolutely nothing to do with padel2leon. The receptionist is also happy to send you to urinate in the parking lot if you're not a hotel guest.

A very nice facility with sufficiently high ceilings. The courts are in excellent condition, and you can even rent a ball machine for practice. Super friendly guys who are always happy to help and answer any questions. I'll be back soon.
