During my visit, the hall was unmanned, so no staff were available to answer questions. Check-in proved complicated, as in addition to the check-in confirmation via the Wellpass app, registration in the hall's own app was also required. No one was reachable by phone during my visit. Although I promptly documented and explained my successful Wellpass check-in via email afterward, including proof of registration, it was subsequently rejected. I found the service and the process in this case to be very inflexible and not very customer-friendly.

Good seats, ceiling height a bit low but okay. Changing rooms and sanitary facilities are basic.
