Even if the price is affordable, you absolutely must take care of the maintenance of the rackets. Today, out of ten rackets, not one was undamaged. All were broken, with holes in them, unusable.

We arrived at the center at 11:00 PM with the intention of reserving a court. The app indicated availability starting at 11:30 AM, but it physically prevented us from selecting and confirming the time due to a malfunction. We then contacted the call center and explained the situation: we were willing to pay for our regular playing time (even if it was from 11:30 AM or paid the full rate), simply asking for the flexibility of letting us in half an hour early since the court was visibly empty and the app wasn't working. Instead of finding any understanding or support to resolve the technical issue with their app, the operator responded extremely rudely, refusing any solution. To make matters worse, he arrogantly told us we had to wait outside for half an hour and that he wouldn't open the court for us before that time anyway. A 24/7 service should be based on efficient automation or, alternatively, responsive and courteous customer support. Both were lacking here. We won't be returning.

The padel courts are very convenient thanks to the 24-hour option, and the cost is very low: €4 per person for 1 hour from 11:00 PM to 3:00 PM. But they don't ask for much in return (and rightly so). The courts are simple and do the bare minimum. It's best to bring your own rackets. The balls are fine. For the price and availability, it's more than good, especially considering the 1-on-1 single court option. Excellent for training with teammates ahead of a tournament. All in all, the quality/price ratio is consistent.

All good except for some rackets in a pitiful state
