Centro Sportivo di Casei Gerola — Dema Sport 2001 — is a multi-sport hub in the Pavese countryside at via per Castelnuovo S., run by a SAT-affiliated tennis school with growing padel programming. Two permanent outdoor padel courts sit alongside synthetic and fixed synthetic tennis surfaces, PopTennis and two beach-volleyball lanes, making the centre a weekend tournament destination between Pavia and the Po valley. TennisPavese.it news chronicles busy padel opens, FITP junior success stories and mixed tennis-padel events through 2025–26. The club positions itself as a rural alternative to urban Pavia padel halls while keeping bar, restaurant and changing facilities for full-day visits.

Fantastic venue! Outstanding organization, breathtaking events, very attentive and friendly staff, and quick to prepare orders. The dishes are a tiny bit overpriced, but worth it. The photo shows a portion of sausage and fries (the piadina is available upon request).
One of my favorite clubs!!! The management and organization of the facility are excellent, and they've now added padel courts. I really enjoy working with them and recommend them to everyone.
