We've been weekly pass holders since the beginning of the year. Up until the holidays, we had no complaints, and the quality/price ratio was acceptable. We returned from vacation in September and immediately noticed a sense of disrepair. For example, the chip display was half-empty, with some of them having expired weeks ago. They moved us to the pitch side, and we immediately understood why... the problem was the poorly positioned lights, which created shadows and blinded us when we looked up. At the end of the game, we mentioned it, and the girl, who was always polite and embarrassed, replied that she would address it. This situation continued for another three rounds; we were angry and threatened not to pay if the issue wasn't resolved, given that a more than reasonable amount of time had passed (a month). Do you know how they solved it? They moved our pitch, thus shifting the problem to other players, who immediately understood the reason for the move. The lights were fixed around mid-October, and so they let us return to our pitch. But meanwhile, strangely, the cold arrives... in the last week of October, we reported that it was about 12 degrees Celsius inside and very humid, with drops falling like fine rain from the facility's ceiling. We reported this and were told they knew about it and would be able to access it in a few days. Last week, we arrived at the field, and it was 7 degrees Celsius inside, the windows and field were damp, and large drops of water were falling from the ceiling. The cold made it impossible to play; we nearly slipped and injured our muscles several times. For this reason, we stopped half an hour early and went to the reception to express our disappointment and frustration. Since we couldn't play, we explained that we didn't want to pay for this week's session (as compensation), otherwise, if we hadn't, we would have cancelled everything and consequently demanded the refund of the €120 deposit. Bottom line: this evening they made us pay without refunding our deposit. The owner, through the girl, said to provide the IBAN and that he would do so the next day! I think there's no need to say anything else! Terrible businessman!

The center is a bit run-down overall, with tiny locker rooms that aren't exactly spotless. The outdoor padel court is in a terrible state, almost abandoned, covered in pine needles and a disproportionate amount of sand, making it feel like you're on the beach. It's practically in the middle of a crossroads, without even any blackout curtains (which are pointlessly present inside all the courts). The match was completely distorted. A little better indoors, but I won't be returning.

Beautiful center, well-maintained and excellently organized. They often organize tournaments, I'll definitely be back.
