Happy to have such nice courts in Luino

Rude and impolite. Avoid. I'm replying by modifying the review, otherwise I wouldn't be able to further dispute it. Here are the facts: The court was booked from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. We arrived 20 minutes late, so we apologized. Since we'd paid for the court for an hour and a half, since there was no one on the next court, we stayed exactly 20 minutes longer. No one told us it was late and that you were in a hurry to close. At 7:50 PM, we finished the third set. There are two locker rooms with two showers in the facility. The men's one was occupied by four guys who had just finished playing, so, to save time, my partner and I went to the women's one since there were no other women playing. At 8:10 PM, the caretaker/owner, unidentified, comes banging violently on the door and yelling that it's late, insinuating who knows what. Truly despicable. All he had to do was politely say he was in a hurry to get to dinner and we'd finish early or take a shower at home. Unfit for working with the public.

Excellent facilities and a very pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly staff and I always have a lot of fun at tournaments.
