The padel courts are modern and in excellent condition. Among other things, there's the option of playing indoors (unheated) in Palermo, which isn't a given. The changing rooms are also clean and tidy, spacious enough, and have fully functioning showers with hot water. The only downside is the roof structure, which could be a nuisance for high-flying lobs.
