Good gaming atmosphere and adequate facilities. The lighting could be better, but it seems they are in the process of updating it.
Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. We booked by phone a week in advance, arrived, paid, and entered the court. After 15 minutes of play, another group of kids arrived, who had booked via the app for the same time. The facility had mistakenly booked the same court for both of us. The guy at the cashier completely washed his hands of the matter, asking us to resolve the issue between us, putting us in an uncomfortable situation (and talking to some really rude kids didn't help either). Disgraceful management.
