Terrible experience: arrogance, rudeness, and violation of rules We went to this restaurant for a pleasant family dinner, but were forced to get up and leave before we even began. The welcome was scandalous, to say the least, characterized by unprecedented rudeness and a completely unacceptable tone from the owner. The reason for this hostility? The presence of our dog. Because it's a private club, any ban on pets should have been explicitly included in the rules. Aware of this, before asserting our reasons, we consulted the codes and regulations on their official website, confirming with certainty that such a ban never existed. When we politely requested to review the rules together to clarify the misunderstanding, the owner not only sternly and angrily refused, but also attempted to impose her authority, disregarding any written regulations. We were literally kicked out of the place with the following statement: "The dog can't stay because I decided so right now." This is despotic behavior, completely disrespectful to the customer and devoid of any legal or statutory basis. Changing the rules at will on the fly, treating guests with such arrogance and excluding them without any basis is the most unprofessional thing that can happen in the hospitality industry. This club is highly discouraged. Management has no respect for people or for the rules it is supposed to uphold.
