I go to this club quite often, at least 2-3 times a month. We had booked an hour and a half and were still playing our game when we were told, "Come on guys, I've even let you play 10 minutes longer." I can understand that: our time slot was up. The problem is that there was absolutely no one else on the court after us, the club wasn't closing because they were still playing on the court next door, and, most importantly, after leaving, we stayed outside for about 20 minutes talking, and the lights on our court were on the entire time. At that point, I wondered why they had to kick us out immediately. I go to other clubs too, and when there's no later reservation, they'll easily let you play longer or at least finish the game, especially if the court would otherwise remain empty and lit. For four good players, an hour and a half is often not enough to finish a match, and being sent off while the match is still in progress, without anyone having to use the court afterwards, honestly leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. As a regular customer, I would have expected a little more flexibility and attention. I would, however, like to add that the next day, the club owner, upon learning of the incident, immediately contacted me personally to apologize for the mix-up and clarify the situation. I greatly appreciated the gesture and the helpfulness shown, which further confirms the club's seriousness and professionalism.
