Residence Campo Rotondo shares its Via Provinciale 84 site in Tavernerio with Padel Center Italfunivie, the indoor padel hall that gives the address its sporting identity. At the foot of the Larian Alps between Como and Milan, the complex combines guest accommodation with a covered padel centre that has become a reference for Como-province indoor play. Four padel courts — three heated indoor tracks plus an outdoor court — sit alongside a pickleball lane, with Argentine and Italian coaches running lessons and Playtomic handling bookings until late evening.
Facilities
Court hire from €48 for ninety minutes via Playtomic or WhatsApp. Monthly subscription packages advertised on Playtomic. Private padel lessons at €50 for one player, €60 for two or €75 for three, with discounted multi-lesson bundles. Coaching from Argentine and Italian maestri.

Good clean rooms either modern furniture.. ample parking, there’s a gate that got locked during evenings.. it’s kind of tricky to find, it’s located in a sport hall for padel..
Rooms are on an industrial area. Quite noisy road. Staff is nice, rooms are clean. Breakfast and restaurants nearby Parking is good and safe as gate closes at 10 pm (you get a code)
Good rooms for a quick stay in the area. It’s clean and quiet, a little bit hard to communicate with the host but I highly recommend it anyway!
A great place for a quick stop while traveling through. The rooms are simple, but they seem newly renovated and were very clean. The value is great and is close to several retail shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Would stay here again if in the area.
The rooms are really great 👌. The service is super, the only thing is the surroundings. There's a lot of restaurants within a short walk from the hotel.
