I feel compelled to give one star, but only because zero isn't acceptable. On Friday the 26th, I booked the padel court at 10:00 PM, after the owner assured me that the ongoing tournament would end on time. When I arrived, the court was still occupied because the semifinals were still being played. Consequently, we had to leave without being able to play. Aside from the complete disorganization, the worst aspect was the owner's rudeness: the tournament players themselves called him to point out the conflicting schedules, but despite being notified, he didn't even bother to text me apologizing for the inconvenience. This is an unacceptable display of disinterest and disrespect towards customers. The facility has potential, but with this kind of management, it's absolutely not recommended. Obviously, I will never book there again.
