Extremely high quality padel courts

I went to this center to play beach volleyball. I must say, the sand was spectacular. The center is very nice and has many amenities. I forgot my clothing, but I was able to quickly sort it out at the sports shop. The padel courts are also very nice. Fantastic.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted very rudely by the receptionist, who handled the situation with little professionalism and zero courtesy. The sand was cold and the beach volleyball courts were NOT heated in November. Another downside: the changing rooms were far from the courts, so after playing, you had to go outside, sweaty, to get to the showers.

Disappointing experience. The receptionist was unprofessional, rude, and annoyed. A real shame, because the place looked nice and welcoming in the photos. In addition to the poor reception, the courts aren't heated (previous reviews suggest this is a persistent problem) and the changing rooms are quite far from the court.

Unfortunately, my experience at the Reale Sporting Club wasn't positive. The staff, especially one of the clerks, was rude and unhelpful to customers. Such behavior completely ruins the atmosphere of the place. I hope the management pays more attention to customer service, because it would be a shame for a place like this to lose points due to the staff's behavior.
