It is a nice place to play pádel. The only “but” or drawback I would say is that the “climate control” is close to non existent, and that makes you cold during the winter, and hot during summer 🫤 The good side of it is that the price is ok and the surface is well kept. (Ball bounces well) which is have seen as an issue in some other courts

I visited The Padellers with the intention of booking a half-hour training session with my son, but they refused to accommodate my request. The lack of accommodation was frustrating. Adding to my disappointment, when my girlfriend and I visited on a Sunday night, the two-people court was occupied while the larger courts for four people remained unoccupied. Rather than offering us the available space, the staff attempted to sell us a larger court for an exorbitant price of 36 Euro per hour. It was disheartening that they didn't consider offering us the larger court at the price of a smaller one, especially since nobody was utilizing it. This lack of customer service and consideration left much to be desired. While The Padellers boasts a pleasant playing environment, and I have previously enjoyed my experiences there, this recent visit was marred by the unaccommodating attitude of the staff. It's regrettable that they do not prioritize providing excellent customer service or consider the importance of accommodating their customers' needs. In conclusion, my recent experience at The Padellers was disappointing. They did not allow me to book a half-hour training session with my son, despite the availability of courts. The lack of accommodation, along with the attempt to upsell us on a larger court at a significantly higher price, highlights the poor customer service. Although The Padellers offers a nice playing environment, improvements in customer service are necessary to create a more satisfying experience for their patrons.

Four people booked and paid for a job for Saturday at 8:00 AM. The staff came to open the door just before 9:00 AM. They said they "couldn't do anything about it."
