The facilities are excellent. They have two padel courts outside, with a terrace for drinks, and six courts inside. There's also a gym upstairs, and they sell rackets, sportswear, and shoes. Plus, the service and prices are very good. If I had to find a fault, it would be that it gets too hot and stuffy inside in the summer, and some of the courts are in poor condition, but it's usually not crowded, and they've always given us the best ones.
Without a doubt, the best club in the area. The padel facilities and gym are brand new. They have a great management team, and that sets them apart from other clubs. 10/10
I'm delighted with the facilities. It has a gym with two areas: one with new weight machines and another with cardio equipment, ellipticals, a punching bag, etc. There are also plenty of indoor/outdoor padel courts and a cafeteria at the entrance. The prices are very reasonable, in my opinion. Being in an industrial park, there's plenty of parking. Everything was perfect! 👌
I'm giving it one star because it's all you need. We ordered six burgers, they brought us two, 10 minutes later they brought us another two, and after a 45-minute wait, two of them hadn't come out. We insisted three times that two were missing, but they didn't bring them out. After an hour of waiting, the waiter came and told us there were no more left, laughing in our faces. When we left, after the SHAMEFUL treatment, they brought seven burgers to the tables next to us. Shameful, poorly organized, and VERY POOR TREATMENT of customers. And they also blamed the poor butcher.
After my experience at this facility, my review is 2 stars, and I'd like to share the points that could be improved: 1. The restrooms are not clean or adequate enough. I think the condition of the restrooms needs to be reviewed. 2. It was mentioned that new equipment would be added to the gym facilities, but there's a nearly empty room with barely any equipment. I'm missing, for example, a stationary bike or another treadmill. I also need some squat machines, for example. I think it would be ideal if that room also had equipment, especially to avoid overloading the other room. Many days it's impossible to exercise because the room is full. 3. A few days' notice should be given of the days the facilities will not be open. For example: in August, the facility was closed for almost a week, but this was not notified when the monthly fee was paid at the beginning of the month. If I had decided to take another week of vacation that August and had intended to go the gym the week the gym was closed, I would have lost half a month. I think that if you give advance notice, clients can plan their activities more efficiently. 4. In the summer, many days, the temperature in the gym was too high, making it difficult to exercise properly. Other days, the air conditioning was set to high volume, but unfortunately, this wasn't common.
