We had a reservation at 9:00 a.m., and the guy who runs the place arrived at 9:30 a.m. We had booked for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and he wouldn't let us finish until 11:00 a.m., which is when we should have. Terrible customer service. The courts are in poor condition and leaky. He won't let me reply to your review, so I'm doing it here. It's very unprofessional to open the club late and then give people rude answers. I'd heard comments about you before, and I was able to verify it today. Also, the information you're providing isn't true. We started playing at 9:30 a.m. and they kicked us out at 10:44 a.m. You could have at least come and shown your face. You didn't even deign to do that. Terrible treatment.

Going to play a padel match at this club for the first time and having the first impression be that the supposed manager calls you annoying when it's already time for your reserved court, continues playing one more point, and then, when that point is over, tells us to play on another court or find another club to play at—personally, I don't think that's the way to treat people. So, I'll take your advice and try not to play at this club again.

Terrible customer service. I'm giving it one star because they can't give it a negative rating. The old man in a blazer, the one behind the bar, I don't know his name or if he's the owner or anything, but it's the worst treatment of people I've ever seen in my life. As a professional, I felt treated with absolute disrespect and shocking classism. Honestly, don't come here. I highly recommend it.

I'm giving one star because I can't give -15. We had reserved a court, and when we arrived, we found Pablo Semprún playing a match on the court we were supposed to be on. Upon seeing us waiting, he said, and I quote, "People are so annoying!" Then, rudely and without any manners, he told us to go to another court, emphasizing that he was in charge there and that if we didn't like it, we could go to another club. The personal service was appalling; we won't be back.

First time here, could be better signposted... Fair facilities, lack of maintenance everywhere, they've installed it and it continues to do so. The lighting is very poor, it's a cave, total disappointment. P.S. zero stars
