SR Cantabria is the popular name for the Fundación Cultural Recreativa Cantabria, a private members sports and leisure club in Logroño, La Rioja, on Calle Las Piscinas. The complex is one of the largest recreational venues in the city, with twelve regulation padel courts split evenly between six covered indoor and six outdoor courts on synthetic grass with floodlighting. Beyond padel, the foundation offers seven swimming pools, tennis, squash, frontones, football pitches, a gym, spa, barbecue areas and extensive green space. Google reviewers praise the pool complex and sporting breadth, though note the bar can be understaffed on busy summer days. Padél school and tournament activity run through the club programme.
Facilities
Primarily a subscriber (abonado) club. Members register and book via reservas.fundacioncrcantabria.es, phone 941 23 77 99 or at the mens locker room; bookings up to eight days ahead. Padél paid at booking (online card/PayPal or on site). Non-members may use padel courts when accompanied by at least one member after paying facility entry. Padél school available. Reschedule paid padel bookings until 21:00 the day before.

The best swimming pools in Logroño, a little expensive for the daily entrance fee, but the facilities are a ten, 7 swimming pools, football pitch, paddle tennis courts (covered and uncovered), tennis courts (covered and uncovered), 5 frontons, sports centre, gym, squash courts, five-a-side football pitch, basketball court, swings for children, lots and lots of grass to lie down on, barbecue grills, areas with tables to eat, lots of shade. A 10 for swimming pools.
Recreational club with extensive facilities for numerous sports. Grass football pitch, five-a-side football pitch, basketball courts, multi-sports courts, tennis, padel and squash courts, indoor fronton courts, sauna, jacuzzi, gym... And best of all, spacious green areas surrounding its 7 swimming pools (for all ages and needs) with sunny and shaded areas so everyone can find their perfect spot.
An unbeatable experience, excellent quality and the treatment and attention cannot be improved with anything, Lara is a genius, Lorenzo is great and the rest of the staff are charming and super professional... From the door guard to the sweeper, professionals from head to toe in that place... we will definitely repeat as soon as possible.
Terrible bar management. One waiter at 1:00 PM in 40-degree heat, the bar packed, and the poor guy couldn't keep up... the manager disappeared. We returned at 5:00 PM for an iced coffee and... surprise, they had no ice. The facilities are not up to par.
A good place to play sports, spend a day relaxing, swim, or sunbathe. The facilities are good, clean, and well-maintained.
