The Google listing Basic Sport Center Las Cruces is the Ayuntamiento de Madrid’s Centro Deportivo Municipal Las Cruces in Parque de las Cruces, Latina. More than 31,500 square metres of public sport spread across outdoor and indoor units: eight outdoor padel courts (six standard walled lanes plus two glass courts according to the council padel page), five tennis courts, artificial-turf football pitches, an indoor 25 m pool with teaching tank, a multipurpose hall, gym and CuboGym calisthenics zone. Padel sits in the municipal schools programme from juniors through adults, with adapted options for people with disabilities. The official website redirects from the short link to madrid.es; there is no separate Basic Sport operator—the name on Maps looks like an outdated label.

Facilities

Friendly staff and plenty of activities to join Pilates, swimming etc. Also plenty of exercise machines and weights. Open bright and early at 0700 am if you want to start the day on the right foot. Swimming pool changing rooms sometimes dirty and small flies/insects in showers. Also have a colony of insects at swimming pool. It’s a pity as the staff are excellent people. Poor management I’m guessing.
